\nLangar is an initiative started by Guru Nanak Dev J
i (the founder of Sikhi and the first Sikh guru). Langar is integral to S
ikhi\, who believe everyone should have access to basic necessities witho
ut any form of discrimination. UoB'\;s Sikh Society will be distrib
uting FREE vegetarian and vegan meals to everyone on campus!

in them to enjoy Langar (community kitchen - a free meal) that embodies e
quality\, sharing\, and compassion. Langar \;serves as a reminder tha
t everyone\, regardless of background\, is welcome to sit together and en
joy food as one community. \;Everyone is more than welcome to come al
ong\, learn more about the Sikh society\, eat some food and take lots of
pictures. So bring your friends\, family and spread the word!
