England Athletics and the University of Birmingham Athletics club are running a Para Athletics taster day. The event is open to anyone aged 5- 25 with a disability including physical\, intellectual or visual impairme nts to try out different para Track and Field events for the first time.< /p>\n\n

Come and explore the different events that para athletics has t o offer - whether that'\;s ambulant sprints\, jumps or throws\, testin g your strength at a seated throw or trying out one of our racing wheelch airs\, we want you to experience it all!

We can help provide op tions for how to continue taking part in athletics for anyone who enjoys the day and decides it is a sport they would like to pursue!

Al l athletes that come to the taster day will also be given a free entry to compete in a beginners para 100m race at the University of Birmingham co mpetition the following week on the 14th March!
