A key focus of the tour will be the use of air-source heat pump technolo gies which decarbonise the facility&rsquo\;s heating and cooling. The bui lding also has a rooftop solar power system\, high performance thermal an d airtightness in the faç\;ade design\, a biodiverse green roof and a range of smart controls. \;
