Litter picking \;- but on the water! Join our friends from the South Birmingham Paddle Club \;\, for a brand new adventur e on Birmingham'\;s iconic canals.

\n\n

After a short safety brie fing\, staff will guide and support you to a litter pick paddle\, seeing campus and surroundings from a whole new angle. Whether you'\;re aimin g for the fastest time of the day\, or just want a gentle float and paddl e\, these 45 minute \;sessions are suitable for absolute beginners an d seasond paddlers alike. All equipment is provided.

Come alone \, or with friends\, and you'\;ll soon be experiencing a whole differe nt side of Brum.

Please arrive on time so that we can get eve ryone signed in\, fitted with equipment and briefed to start.

    All participants must wear a buoyancy aid (provided).

    Facilities

    \n\n

    Please arrive in suitable clothing. Waterproofs are not essential\ , though you may wish to bring a change of clothes.

    \n\n

    As SBPC&nbs p\;are based directly on the canal\, there are no toilet or changing faci lities on site. However\, nearby are two retail shopping parks and Sainsb ury&rsquo\;s is within walking distance if required.
