 ing with colleagues across the University to deliver a day of celebration
  in memory of Benjamin Zephaniah.</p>\n\n<p>As part of the day\, there wi
 ll be an afternoon event featuring&nbsp\;a range of speakers talking abou
 t him and his work\, the impact of Benjamin on the city of Birmingham\, p
 ersonal stories about him\, and poems and spoken word.&nbsp\;As a fierce 
 campaigner for social justice\, education and the arts\, Benjamin was an 
 inspirational figure in Birmingham\, and we would like to celebrate him a
 ppropriately.</p>\n\n<p>This event is just part of a celebration day\, wh
 ich will include the unveiling of a plaque for him in the Green Heart\, h
 is poems across digital screens\, his music being played in social spaces
  on campus\, and Old Joe being illuminated up in the evening.&nbsp\;</p>\
