Join us for a student-led clothing swap event for transgender, non-binary, genderqueer, and questioning students and staff, in collaboration with the College of Arts and Law EDI team. Clothing swaps are low-cost, sustainable ways for members of the trans community to find clothing that aligns with their gender expression.

It’s also a great opportunity to socialise in a safe, welcoming space! We will have a dedicated social area with snacks, style and welfare resources, and a custom pin badge-making station. No registration required, just drop in!

The event takes place in a brand-new studio space on the ground floor of the ERI building, on Pritchatts Road (G3 on the campus map). The room is wheelchair-accessible, featuring curtained changing areas and wall mirrors. Gender-neutral and accessible toilets are located nearby. To ensure a comfortable environment, attendance will not be monitored and participants will not be photographed. You will need to use your student (or staff) ID card to swipe into the ERI building at the entrance.

Want to donate? Donations are welcomed from all members of the University community. You can bring clothes directly to the studio on the day, or contact Clem to arrange a drop-off in advance.
