Come and hear from the Conservation Manager at Birmingham and Black Country Wildlife Trust who'll be sharing how you can make your garden a haven for wildlife, including tips on choosing plants and shrubs, nature's pest controls and ways to support specific species, including birds, mammals, insects and more.

Join us to learn how your garden can be a valuable habitat for many different species of birds, mammals, insects and more, as well as learning about the importance of connecting green spaces to provide wildlife corridors, bringing the joy of nature right onto your doorstep.

You'll come away with ideas of impactful actions to take in your own garden or green space to support and engage with local wildlife.

This activity is open to all staff and students, and is expected to be particularly helpful for those with an interest in wildlife and who have a garden, balcony or access to green spaces. Booking is essential for anyone who would like to attend, whether joining in-person or online.
