Everyone deserves a great love story. Love, Simon is described as a 'funny, warm-hearted and life-affirming tale', following Simon Spier a closeted gay teenage boy who has fallen in love with an anonymous classmate online, and is now being blackmailed. The film is an adaptation of Becky Albertalli's hugely popular YA novel Simon vs. the Homo Sapiens Agenda and was chosen for the UoB Xtra outdoor cinema by the Guild of Students, as part of their Pride celebrations this June.

There's no need to book for the cinema - just head to the Green Heart and find a comfy spot. We'll even provide the popcorn!

Love, Simon is rated 12A with moderate sex references and infrequent strong language.
