The Thesis & Dissertation Writing course will improve your understanding of academic conventions and writing when preparing longer, research-based texts at postgraduate level such as a PhD thesis (for PGR students) or a Master’s dissertation (PGT students).
There are two courses. Please make sure you attend the course for your discipline.
The sessions will be online and will run from Monday 20 July to Friday 24 July 2026, starting at 10:00 (UK time) each day.
You should attend all 5 sessions and may include tasks to complete and check at home. Please ensure that you attend the right course as noted below, depending on your discipline and/or the type of research that you will carrying out.
