Are you a new international student? Join us for our International Welcome Talk and Fair where you will have the chance to find out about our international community and what is on offer at the University.

International Welcome Talk

Great Hall, Aston Webb Building, 16:00-17:15

The event will begin with a beautiful performance from your Guild Hindu Society.

There will be presentations from Jon Elsmore (Director of Student Affairs), Ravikiran Rajashekar (International Officer) and representatives from the International Student Team (IST), Birmingham International Academy (BIA) and our Community and Safety Team who will share information about who they are and what they do.

After the talk, you will have the opportunity to ask questions important to you, during a live Q&A.

Your Guild group K Cover will finish the talk off with an exciting dance performance!

Following on from the talk, there will be a chance to meet key people from the University and have a chat, these will include:

Step free access to the International Fair is available via the Bramall Building entrance. If you don't know where that is, speak to one of our helpful Welcome Assistants who will be happy to show you.
