This interactive virtual workshop is designed to help you identify your skills and preferences, recognise which of these you most want to use in your future work, and understand what you want from your future work.
In the workshop, you will take part in several exercises where you will be invited to reflect on your own work and experiences in order to get to grips with your priorities for your work going forward.
You will also be signposted to some further resources that you can use to continue your reflection and planning in your own time, including our PGR Careers Beyond Academia Canvas course.

- Recognise the skills you’ve developed in and around your PhD
- Evaluate which 'bits of yourself' you'd most like to use in your future work
- Start to develop a 'guide' that you can use to determine types of post-PhD work that might suit you
