Welcome to the University of Birmingham!

We're so excited to welcome you to the University! Welcome 2026 kicks off with Arrivals Weekend on Saturday 19 and Sunday 20 September, with Welcome Week starting on Monday 21 September. Make sure to check emails and information from your programme for your specific induction activity across that week, ahead of your formal eaching beginning on Monday 28 September.

Your School and College events

Remember to check your programme and School induction sessions on your timetable! These essential sessions will help you get ready to study and get the most out of your programme. Find your sessions in your timetable on the MyUoB app.

To get the best experience, make sure you are logged into this page using your student email address and password. This will show you additional events for your College, so you can meet other students studying similar subjects.
