Community Wardens: Litter pick: 11am - 1pm; Meet in Selly Park car park, Raddlebarn Road; Help keep our community clean this June with the Community Wardens this move-in/move-out season! We'll provide all the equipment, and a free coffee at Hey Brew afterwards!

Birmingham Disability Festival: noon - 6pm; Aston University, Birmingham; Join Birmingham Disability Festival for a day of celebration, empowerment, and community! Taking place at Aston University, this festival is a celebration of the talents, achievements, and voices of the disabled community in Birmingham and beyond.

The Barber at CocoMAD: noon - 5pm; Cotteridge Park; Join the Barber for a fun-filled afternoon at the brilliant CocoMAD festival in Cotteridge Park! Kids can get creative with badge-making and bookmark crafting inspired by our exhibition, Fragments of Devotion.

BabyLab sessions: 10am - noon; The Exchange, Centenary Square; Join a relaxed session for parents and carers to explore fascinating research on topics from child development to science, health, and society while little ones play, feed, or snooze. Come as you are - curious minds (and wriggly babies) encouraged!

Lapworth Museum Tour: noon - 1pm; Lapworth Museum of Geology; Dumbfounded by dinosaurs, confused about clastics, puzzled by pyrite? Why not join us today on our tour of the Museum and get the chance to see behind the scenes! All tours are free and first-come first-served basis - please meet at reception.

Raise your research profile for PGRs: 10am - noon; Fourth Floor Training Room, Main Library; This workshop for Postgraduate Research (PGR)students introduces the concept of a research profile and their importance within the research landscape. Through a series of practical activities, you'll learn how to enhance your profile as a researcher.

Birmingham Jazz & Blues Festival: Jazz for families: 10am - 12:30pm; The Exchange, Centenary Square; We’re excited to welcome back the Birmingham Jazz & Blues Festival! Join us for a special jazz concert for little ears, with a relaxed performance by Max & Veronica. Children can also get hands on and craft their own musical instruments to take home!
