Learn essential skills in emergency first aid. The Emergency First Aid at Work course is a one day first aid qualification that covers a range of CPR and emergency first aid skills. Spaces are limited, so make sure to book your place!

For 2026 we've got a brand new take on 3k your way - join our friends from the Raymond Priestley Centre to paddle your way along Birmingham's iconic canals by canoe! No experience needed, just a sense of adventure.

The save a life workshop is aimed to teach you the skills you want without the formal assessment. This workshop will cover CPR, use of a defibrillator, what to do if someone is choking and more.

Tue 16th June

Two people using a life saving dummy Save a Life workshop

Sport & Fitness Centre
The save a life workshop is aimed to teach you the skills you want without the formal assessment. This workshop will cover CPR, use of a defibrillator, what to do if someone is choking and more.

Thu 25th June

Defibrillator sign on a wall Automated External Defibrillation (AED) course
9am - 4pm
Sport & Fitness Centre
Defibrillator training, including basic life support, will give you the confidence to act quickly and effectively if someone has a cardiac arrest. You will learn how to operate a defibrillator and how to perform effective CPR.
