It’s time for the annual Power Folk festival, directed by local folk legend, Joe Broughton. Join the University Folk Band, Royal Birmingham Conservatoire Folk Band and local artists and bands! Masters Consultancy Challenge: 9th June midnight - 26th June midnight; On campus; Work in interdisciplinary groups to solve a real-world business problem that an employer is facing with the Masters Consultancy Challenge. Develop your teamwork, commercial awareness, and pitching skills. Applications close 5 May.

The Birmingham Project: 9th June 9am - 13th June 5pm; On campus; Build your teamwork and enterprise skills with an exciting one-week challenge for first year undergrads, developing innovative solutions to social or environmental issues in small groups with students from across campus. Enrol from 7 April 2025.
