Student life can sometimes feel overwhelming, and it’s okay if things don’t always feel easy. This session is here to gently guide you in recognizing signs of stress, anxiety, or low mood, both in yourself and in those around you. You’ll learn simple, supportive ways to check in with others, feel more confident in conversations, and pick up helpful strategies to take care of your own wellbeing. These are skills that can support you throughout your university journey and beyond. By joining, you’ll be part of building a kinder, more open, and supportive student community. Please note: You’ll need to attend both days of the session to be eligible for the exam and receive your certification. Registration is open to 1st and 2nd year students.
