Professional negotiation (part of professional communication) and conflict-resolution competencies are increasingly recognised as essential requirements by organisations such the Solicitors Regulation Authority, the General Medical Council, the Engineering Council, the Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers, and the Chartered Management Institute. The workshop is informed by the negotiation and professional communication’s standards of these organisations and by employers’ expectations.

What is it about?

Participants will receive:

  • lunch and refreshments; and
  • a Certificate of Attendance from the University of Birmingham Dubai

Places are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. The deadline to register is 4 June 2026.
